ITSM Solutions

We bring request, incident and change processes onto a single platform. Once it is clear who does what and when, both the visibility and the workload of the IT team change.

Work that is not recorded counts as work that was never done

ITSM tends to bring a ticketing tool to mind first, but the tool is not the point. How much work an IT team actually does, which issue keeps coming back and which system is a constant source of trouble only become visible once the work is recorded. Without that visibility you can neither ask for more resource nor make the case for an investment.

The second layer is endpoint management. How many devices there are, what software is installed on each, which one has gone unpatched for how long, and which one is still assigned to someone who has left. This inventory is both an operational necessity and the most basic input to security — a device nobody knows about cannot be protected.

The third is change management. In most organizations a significant share of outages comes not from an attack but from an unplanned change. A simple approval flow and a rollback plan often prevent more downtime than the most expensive monitoring tool. We keep the processes we build to the level that provides that assurance without slowing the team down.

Frequently asked questions

Is ITSM too heavy for a small IT team?
We set the scope to the size of the team. For a team of three, ticket logging and simple prioritization are enough; as the organization grows, change and asset management come in. A process nobody follows does more harm than no process at all.
Can the records in our current ticketing system be migrated?
In most cases yes. How much history moves is a decision: everything if reporting continuity matters, or only the open tickets if it does not.
Do endpoint management and security products overlap?
No, they complement each other. Endpoint management handles the device inventory, its patching and its configuration; the security product detects the threat. In an environment where the inventory is wrong, the security product also works with gaps.

Can you show how much work your IT team actually does?

Let us look at your current ticket flow and device inventory, and establish together which visibility is missing.
